We offer a range of Rodenticide extruders & cutters
Pest control manufacturers will contact us to form/shape products that generally are formulated with a grain(s), wax or some other suitable binder and a poison, or the “active ingredient”. Shapes can be pellets, single cylindrical/rectangular, solid, or hollow profiles.
Extruder Design Features
- Carbon steel construction
- Single barrel (4:1 L/D) or Double length (8:1 L/D)
- Jacketed, grooved pin barrels w/pins
- Screw: interrupted flight, hollow w/rotary union assembly
- Standard multi-hole die plate for pellets, jacketed die holder with insert (incl. core bridge for hollow) for single profile
