Extruder Services

Utilizing our on-site state-of-the-art Testing Facility, customers are welcome to trial new products to confirm feasibility. The Facility has an array of different equipment, including extruders, cutters, dies, mixers and diagnostic tools to process your formula. The Facility is staffed with experienced technicians and being on-site, affords customers the opportunity to engage Engineering resources as well. Oftentimes, one day of trials is sufficient to confirm the desired product characteristics and performance criteria are achievable. Data from the trials is recorded in a formal report and is subsequently modeled to determine the design, size and configuration of the equipment to meet your objectives.

Lab and pilot-scale extruders, and selected ancillary equipment are also available for lease if further testing is necessary. The Lease Agreement duration is one month, or longer if required. All it takes to execute the straightforward document is a signature and one month’s lease amount in advance.

Quality replacement parts are available to maintain your equipment in peak operating condition. Having access to all the drawings of every machine we have manufactured for over 130 years ensures our customers are receiving a part designed and made to the exacting OEM specifications. A number of parts are maintained in inventory for immediate order fulfillment. If the part is not one we readily maintain in inventory, The Bonnot Company is vertically integrated with machine tools to manufacture parts in a timely fashion. We also offer stocking programs which allow us to maintain inventory of designated parts. With a commitment to purchasing the parts, we will maintain inventory for a customer and invoice only for the parts as shipped.

If a customer’s issue remains unresolved after conferring with Bonnot personnel utilizing unlimited free phone support, the customer can avail themselves to Field Service. We maintain a staff of highly skilled technicians available to travel to your site to diagnose and fix problems.
