Here at The Bonnot Company, we are scrupulous record keepers. In fact, we keep a record of every part for every machine we have ever built. This means that you’re never on your own if you own a Bonnot, as we will never stop offering support and spare parts.
If ever you run into an issue contact our technical team with information about your system and we’ll run down the information and offer options. In most cases we can offer to make the replacement part for you in. In rarer cases, especially where a system is more than 40 years old, we’ll offer to provide the drawing of the part in question for you to manufacture using your choice of supplier.
Since so much of what we do is custom, ensuring the correct materials, dimensions and configuration is critical to get you back online as quickly as possible.
