Here at The Bonnot Company, we are scrupulous record keepers. In fact, we keep a record of every part for every machine we have ever built. This means that you’re never on your own if you own a Bonnot, as we will never stop offering support and spare parts. If ever you run into an issue contact our technical team with information about your system and we’ll run down the information and offer options. In most cases we can offer to make the replacement part for you in. In rarer cases, especially where a system is more than 40 years old, we’ll offer to provide the drawing of the part in question for you to manufacture using your choice of supplier.

In-House Manufacturing Capabilities

Quality replacement parts are available to maintain your equipment in peak operating condition. Having access to all the drawings of every machine we have manufactured since 1891 ensures our customers are receiving a part designed and made to the exacting OEM specifications. A number of parts are maintained in inventory for immediate order fulfillment. If the part is not one we readily maintain in inventory, The Bonnot Company is vertically integrated with machine tools to manufacture parts in a timely fashion. We also offer stocking programs which allow us to maintain inventory of designated parts. With a commitment to purchasing the parts, we will maintain inventory for a customer and invoice only for the parts as shipped.

For critical components, Bonnot offers stocking programs that maintain a reserved inventory of designated parts. With a purchase commitment, we hold the parts and invoice only as they ship — reducing lead time and protecting against unplanned downtime.

Parts for Legacy & Discontinued Machines

Because Bonnot has retained engineering drawings for every machine built since 1891, we can manufacture replacement parts for extruders no longer in production. If your equipment predates current models, our technical team can identify the part from our records and either produce it to original OEM specifications or supply the drawing for you to source through your preferred manufacturer.

Does Bonnot stock parts for immediate shipment?

Select parts are held in inventory for immediate fulfillment. Parts not in stock are manufactured in-house.

Can Bonnot make parts for equipment built by other manufacturers?

Bonnot services and rebuilds Bonnot-built extruders to original specifications. Due to liability and design-record limitations, we do not currently service machines built by other manufacturers. Contact Bonnot to confirm coverage for your specific machine
