Every Bonnot extruder can be specified with controls matched to your process requirements, from basic speed control through fully integrated PLC systems. Options range from a Basic VFD for simple speed adjustment, to Discrete Controls with pressure and temperature monitoring, up to full PLC Controls with touchscreen operation, data collection, and integration with feeders, cutters, and other downstream equipment. The right control package depends on how much process visibility and automation your application needs.

Which extruder control option is right for my application?
Basic VFD suits low-cost applications needing simple speed control with no data monitoring. Discrete Controls add pressure and temperature displays and cutter integration without full programmability. PLC Controls add a touchscreen interface, full programmability, and third-party integration, and are the standard specification for fully integrated systems with feeders and cutters.
