Bonnot has been manufacturing extruders with vacuum capability for over 100 years.
The traditional dual stage ‘piggy-back’ style is still employed today. We also now have a patented in-line vacuum extruder available as well. The in-line system is customizable for a wide range of material viscosities and output requirements. The system is configured with multiple temperature control zones to enhance processing. The system incorporates the trusted ‘twin packer’ design in the hopper to maintain a continuous feed. Both the traditional dual stage and in-line vacuum extruders are available in our Test Facility to verify functionaility.
