Bonnot Offers a Variety of Extrusion Dies in Various Sizes
Our most common is the multi-hole plate die. Depending on the desired pellet strength, size, and shape, we design the die to optimize processing.
We also offer single profile dies which we design with a jacketed die holder for temperature control and replaceable inserts for cost effective profile changeover. Bonnot also manufactures a jacketed ‘Fishtail’ nozzle die with replaceable profile plates to create a uniform web of material. If you are in the need of a co-extruded profile, Bonnot Co-extrusion dies combined with two Bonnot extruders create consistent co-extruded products.
