Evan Staiger

Evan Staiger is Vice President of The Bonnot Company, the Akron, Ohio industrial machinery manufacturer that has built custom single-screw extruders since 1891. He joined the company in 2021, bringing a background that combines hands-on metal fabrication, public-sector resource management, and formal industrial design training. A lifelong Ohioan, Evan Staiger graduated from Akron Firestone High School in 2002 and earned a B.S. from Ashland University in 2006. He completed industrial design training at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2007. Evan Staiger began his career as a welder and fabricator from 2006 to 2011, developing a working knowledge of metal forming and machine construction. From 2011 to 2021 he worked with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources before joining The Bonnot Company in 2021, where he now serves as Vice President.
