Extrusion Dies

Bonnot Offers a Variety of Extrusion Dies in Various Sizes

OUR MOST COMMON IS THE MULTI-HOLE PLATE DIE.

DEPENDING ON THE DESIRED PELLET STRENGTH, SIZE, AND SHAPE, WE DESIGN THE DIE TO OPTIMIZE PROCESSING.

We also offer single profile dies which we design with a jacketed die holder for temperature control and replaceable inserts for cost effective profile changeover. Bonnot also manufactures a jacketed ‘Fishtail’ nozzle die with replaceable profile plates to create a uniform web of material. If you are in the need of a co-extruded profile, Bonnot Co-extrusion dies combined with two Bonnot extruders create consistent co-extruded products.

DIE DESIGN FEATURES

A metallic, cylindrical industrial component with flanges and bolts on both ends, featuring a central housing unit and an attached circular plate—this extruder die is shown against a plain, light background.
